No, It is not necessary, but it's simple to do and allows you order easily without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
You can cancel your order at any time before it is invoiced or shipped. Please contact us at support@wellfia.com

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order after it has been shipped. You can return your order to us once you've received it.

What if something isn’t right on my invoice?
If you have any issues with your invoice that you've received from Wellfia.com, please get in touch with us at support@wellfia.com and we get this sorted for you.


What currencies can I use to place an order with Wellfia.com?
You can pay using various currencies. If you choose a currency from the list in the top right corner of the page, all our prices will be displayed in that currency.

When you come to pay for your order, you’ll be charged in the currency you have selected.

We accept all payments through PayPal. It is fast, easy, safe and all our customers are covered by PayPal purchase protection.

We issue refund in the currency of original PayPal payment.
Will you issue full refund if my order has been lost?
Yes! If your order has been lost during delivery we will issue full refund.


Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

WellFia.com has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
Your estimated delivery time is in your Shipment Confirmation email – please allow this time for your order to arrive.

It's also worth checking if there's any local delays in your area. You’ll be able to follow your order if it’s been sent with a registered service. To check this, all you need to do is click “Track your item” link in Shipment Confirmation email and you’ll be able to follow your parcel.

Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order.

How do I return an item purchased on Wellfia.com?
If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@wellfia.com and we'll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded. Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase.

For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty. Please note: shipping fees are not refunded.
