Shipping Options & Times

Most in-stock items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after your order is received. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and selected service level.

Please note: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

International shipping cost is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired service level: Economy, Standard, ePacket or Express, availability of tracking, the number of items you're purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination country/region.

Shipping Costs on wellfia.com include only shipping charges to the international shipping destination.


Customs Duties & Taxes

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by destination countries.

Wellfia has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Please note that customs duties & taxes are not included in item price or shipping costs.


Returns

If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email info@wellfia.com (please include a brief letter including your name and address, and an explanation as to why you are returning the item) and we'll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded.

Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase. For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty.

Please note: shipping fees are not refunded.

We understand your concerns and take fraud very seriously too. To keep everyone on a safe side we accept PayPal only.
